Pipeline Utilities, Inc. values every subcontractor and supplier who submits a bid to us in an effort to obtain and execute work. We cannot maintain our business without their support and we understand that our success is a direct result of their success.

We encourage qualified small disadvantaged, veteran, women and/or minority owned (MBE/WBE) businesses to submit subcontract bids on all projects. See the list below for current sub and vendor bid opportunities. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Good Faith

Pipeline Utilities, Inc. will negotiate in good faith with all vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. M/WBE firms needing financial assistance will be offered a “Quick Pay Commitment” and/or Joint Payment agreements. Quick Pay means a commitment to pay M/WBE’s participating in the project within 20 days after confirmation that the work has been properly completed and/or accepted by the Owner’s Project Manager and the Designer.
